Neste aspecto vale destacar a import\u00e2ncia da atua\u00e7\u00e3o das institui\u00e7\u00f5es locais no fomento para a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o destas pr\u00e1ticas. Este trabalho buscou identificar quais e como as entidades situadas no Territ\u00f3rio do Sisal, estado da Bahia, atuam na perspectiva das rela\u00e7\u00f5es sociais de g\u00eanero utilizando uma abordagem agroecol\u00f3gica. Houve um processo de mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das entidades locais e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de uma entrevista semiestruturada. Destacam-se a quantidade de entidades que desenvolvem a\u00e7\u00f5es com esta perspectiva, os temas abordados e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de metodologias participativas. Percebeu-se, desta forma, que as entidades que atuam no territ\u00f3rio do sisal fomentam o empoderamento das mulheres a partir do est\u00edmulo \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o social e efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos princ\u00edpios que norteiam a agroecologia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Palavras-Chaves<\/strong>: Pr\u00e1ticas locais; Mulher; Mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gender, agroecology and local entities: participation and actions in territory of sisal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A B S T R A C T<\/strong>In the course of the historical process, the social relations of gender have been (re) constructed from a perspective that involves women in different social spaces. In this respect, it is important to highlight the importance of the actions of local institutions in fostering these practices. This work aimed to identify and how entities located in the Territory of Sisal, state of Bahia, act in the perspective of social relations of gender using an agroecological approach. There was a process of mobilization of local entities and implementation of a semi-structured interview. We highlight the number of entities that develop actions with this perspective, the topics addressed and the use of participatory methodologies.
