Para o alcance deste objetivo, foi adotado o m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lise comparativa entre o Plano Plurianual e a Agenda 2030, onde se gerou uma matriz que demonstrou uma alta correspond\u00eancia entre as a\u00e7\u00f5es locais e os objetivos globais, constatando-se assim que a regi\u00e3o do Grande ABC Paulista est\u00e1 se direcionando para a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel por meio de pol\u00edticas de escopo regional consideradas avan\u00e7adas. Corrobora-se assim o papel fundamental das a\u00e7\u00f5es locais de regi\u00f5es administrativas para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da sustentabilidade global no \u00e2mbito da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica, que deve ser pautada em uma governan\u00e7a ambiental que estimule a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade civil e considere as especificidades de cada localidade, inclusive no que se refere aos problemas de car\u00e1ter socioambiental enfrentados.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Palavras-Chaves<\/strong>: Plano Plurianual, Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel, Escala Regional, Cons\u00f3rcio Intermunicipal do Grande ABC, Problemas Socioambientais.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Comparative analysis between the Participative Regional Multiannual Plan of the Grande ABC Paulista and the Agenda 2030<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>A B S T R A C T<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><pre>This article aims to understand the correspondence of the actions of the Participatory Regional Multiannual Plan of the Grande ABC with the Sustainable Development Goals - Agenda 2030, in order to verify how the actions planned in the region scale can contribute to the realization of the global agenda, given that the social and environmental problems of municipalities can be aggravated by their relationships at the regional scale. To achieve this objective, the method of comparative analysis between the Plan and Agenda 2030 was adopted, which generated a matrix that showed a high correspondence between local actions and global objectives, thus establishing that the Grande ABC Paulista is moving toward the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals through advanced regional policies.
